Ed has had an interest in the Culinary Arts since his teenage years. He began his career as a line cook at a hotel in the Twin Cities while at the same time receiving his training at the Hennepin Technical Center Culinary Arts Program. After graduating, he moved into several different positions which have given him many unique experiences to draw from. The variety of settings he has worked in and opportunities he has had have led to the development of Hill-Top Spice Blends. Ed is passionate about the dishes he creates and wants everyone to share the gourmet flavor of the food he is so passionate about. His Herbs de Provence Blend was used in his Award Winnig Chicken de Provence dish.
